Day two

So day number two with this app. I'm really enjoying using it. I'm kind of surprised by that. It helps me see what I'm eating and actually pay attention. My husband and I are working towards expanding our family so I'm really hoping to reach my goal weight. I try to walk twice a day and teach during the week so between one walk and chasing a class full of kids I can get a few more pounds to come off. How do you guys deal with tiredness caused by medications or other health conditions? On the days that it's affecting you more do you skip exercising? Haven't gotten a scale yet and kind of on the fence about it ( I can obsess over things like no bodies business). Hope you are all doing well. 💜

    Walking is great exercise. It doesn't have to be about the crazy high impact sweat dripping stuff... go for a walk, enjoy your surroundings, or even circle a shopping mall... its good exercise!

    When I don't feel well, I don't cut out exercise, I will reduce it or changes it to a little less challenging. I do something rather than nothing because it is too easy to break a good streak. emoticon emoticon

    I have lupus and chronic migraines among other health issues. Unless my symptoms get pretty severe I continue to exercise at least at a moderate level. Sometimes it helps with symptoms... not always, but often enough to keep me trying.
