I'm getting married in three weeks! Of course, I had hoped I'd be 100 lbs. thinner by the big day, but that didn't happen. I am doing my best not to beat myself up for that and love all 260 lbs. of myself in that white dress. I decided to hop back on Spark this month and try to get myself into some healthier habits before the big day. Maybe a month before my wedding isn't the best time to add another thing to the daily to do list, but I want to feel good! I want to be hydrated and limber when I dance the night away. And I want to start my life with my husband on a good note.
This week I revisited some fastbreak goals, and I'm already feeling better. I exercised five days this week, even if it was only for 10 minutes. Most days it was more. I drank 64 oz. of water five days this week. I got at least 8 hours of sleep every night. We didn't eat out at all during week. I made it through the whole week without overeating! These aren't big things, but I'm feeling better, and that's enough for me.
