Captain's Log - Day 11

Thursday, September 12, 2019

Took a cheat day yesterday. It was partly a hurrah for doing so well, and partly curiosity. I've always done well with structures tasks, so starting calorie counting was a pleasant experience. I didnt have any overages, so I really didnt get to see my prior habit in numeric form. So cheat day initiated, I track the items I eat, but it's a free day to eat. It was amazing to me that not only did by body not want to consume on the prior level that it did, It began getting cranky as I ate to much calories. Mind you, I only went over roughly by 300 calories or so yesterday. Based on what Ive been seeing, I ate several 1000 daily before. However, I noticed I got a food headache after dinner where I had 3 slices of homeade pizza and a small slice of bundt cake. And, by the end of the night I had horrible heartburn. Cheat day helped me feel the effects of over eating and realize how much better I feel now.
