2019 Fall 5% Challenge - Are you up for the Challenge???

It's time to sign up for the Fall 5% Challenge. Want to join us? Why miss out?

Some of the reasons I have loved being part of the 5% Challenges are:

I have made wonderful friends with each challenge. I've bee a part of the 5% challenges for approximately 3 years now. I love them and all of my friends.

Healthy habits, healthy foods, exercises are (of course!) encouraged. Ideas are shared on how to accomplish these healthy habits.

The 'big picture' is important during the challenges. In other words, the 'dreaded scale' is not the only thing that matters. We learn things, share ideas, and celebrate Non-scale Victories (NSV's). It's amazing how taking the pressure off the scale has helped so many of us.

We post to our team thread and we are held accountable for weekly challenges, and we receive so much encouragement. To be honest I can't think of any reason why I at least would not want to join the challenge and be part of such a fantastic group.
