How many carbs and calories do you eat in a day and actually getting results... What types of food are good dieting foods

    I try to shoot for 1200-1500 calories a day. I don't really count carbs as I follow a low carb high protein diet.

    Overall, I try to eat 1300- 1500cals/day on days where I don't work out

    I also do CrossFit 3 times per week (I have to adapt absolutely everything, but I'm getting better and better) and I try to get at least 8 000 steps/day

    I always make sure I have a 500 to max 1000cal deficit during my day. I prioritise whole foods, I eat lots and lots of veggies, I try to avoid sugar (without depriving myself or tasty treats once in a while)... I carb and calorie cycle, too...
