Week 3

Had a much better week with my asthma. I added an extra 5 minutes to my lunch time walk at work every day so I'm pretty proud of that. It's the little things that make the big difference. I have never been much of a blogger/journaling person but I noticed that this is really helping me stay focused. I am down another 3lbs so I'm happy with that!!! Have a great weekend!!!🦋
