Day 1 Again

I keep starting and stopping and hope that sometime I will get so far past the day 1 that I never get to this point again.

    emoticon ... we are all not perfect, give it your best shot and if you have a bad day...just pick yourself up and go on. We all have had to start at Day 1, the longer you go the better it will get ... or it did for me. Reading different articles, looking through recipes and most important for me was posting what I eat to the nutrition tracker ... I post everything I ate for that day, even if it wasn't a good choice. This keeps me accountable for what I am eating. emoticon
