Day 1 officially over

I’m really proud of myself I normally don’t make it through the first day of “diet” let alone do Any physical activity but today I did some physical activity at work in between working I also got it out of my desk to go to the printer every time I printed something instead of picking it up all at once and then I did some weights while watching TV with my husband and I did some walking around the living room just walking around back-and-forth and use my yoga ball little bit to sit and watch TV for half an hour with some hip thrusts and circles ....day 2 here I come I will probably be sore didn’t do much but still lol
