Pink Flamingo Challenge

Good Morning:
Not really used to doing blogs, but here goes:
I am attempting to get back to the keto way of eating.
I do 4 - 10 days and then slip right back into overeating.
My head is just not where it should be.
I am grateful to belong to this team where I can voice my issues and receive support.

    The challenge I see with KETO is that it is so limiting. I would never be able to not have a choice of a piece of fruit or grain at sometime, although I do limit them now. I have also read that some doing it skip breakfast, and that is the worst thing we can do to our bodies. I believe in eating every three hours to keep my sugar level even. I get into fat burning this way. I am pretty much done with artificial stuff. I eat mostly proteins and veggies, but I never restrain myself from having a treat of fruit or grain once in a while. I am on my plan for the rest of my life and know I can stick to it.

    But then, whatever diet you chose, you go off and you gain weight. Definitely not unique to keto!

    Only problem with Keto, when you go off, you gain weight back. So maybe try another plan.

    Leto is difficult. It was successful for me for a year, but when I slipped off, I fell off the cliff, and had a raging craving for sweets for another year. Now I’m up 50 lbs. Keto works, but it seems it needs to be a lifestyle that is difficult.
