Day #1

Today is the first day of my journey. Going to make this a positive day and work on some goals. GOAL #1 is to get my water in. This is always been difficult for me. I have kicked the soda habit a few years back, a very big accomplishment for me. Goal #2 to eat healthy today, no fast food, no sweets, whole foods today and track all I eat. Need to get mindless eating under control. Goal #3 to do something for myself today. Get a pedicure or a outfit or a ride to the beach, what ever it is to lift my spirt, oh scrap booking is something I haven't done in a long time... Always take time for yourself and do something non food related that makes you happy, self Love is important. Today is a good day!
