I've failed at the Keto Food Plan since January, 2019, always staying within 7 pounds. I find that I want to eat vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes and the like. I've been setting myself up to eat outside of the food plan because of this.

I believe white flour and sugar are non-nutrient, so, it is not my intention to go carb crazy.

I will try.
I can with my higher power.

It's a new life for me,

    Keto is really tough to do! You haven't failed, you're just fine tuning what is sustainable for you. If you're a type A personality like me then it's really hard but you need to work on "better" rather than "perfect". There are a ton on groups on sparkpeople - go find the people that have been through this emoticon
