Finally starting to make some progress on this bloat. My calories still aren't really where I want them to be, but I am make some progress. I have Fritzy back now, which helps stress-wise. Anyway, here are my stats.


Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 273.4
Current Weight: 271.6
Weight Lost This Week: -1.8 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -25 lbs
finally back to 25 pounds lost. Very happy about that. Things going in the right direction again. Feel like I'm back on the right track.

Starting Body Water: 37.1%
Last Body Water %: 37.6%
Current Body Water %: 37.7%
Body Water Gained: +0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: +0.6%
gained a little body water. doing well with this lately too. cut back on some salt so I think that helps.

Starting Body Fat: 48.1%
Last Body Fat %: 47.4%
Current Body Fat %: 47.2%
Body Fat Lost: 0.2%
Total Body Fat Lost: -0.9%
lost some body fat as well. doing really well on everything right now.

Starting Muscle Mass: 142.6
Last Muscle Mass: 135.8
Current Muscle Mass: 135.4
Muscle Mass Gained: -0.4 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -7.2 lbs
lost a little muscle mass but I'm ok with this.

overall doing really good right now. starting to make some progress again and getting close to getting the bloat off.
