Weigh-In #21

Had a really nice weekend with Fritzy and then went out with Wyatt last night and things are finally starting to improve in all areas. Bloat is going down now and getting back on track and hopefully mine and Fritzy's living situation will sort itself out soon. Feeling more optimistic anyway and even though things are a bit surreal here somehow getting through it all. Here's my stats.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 271.6
Current Weight: 270.0
Weight Lost This Week: -1.6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -26.6 lbs
getting closer to 30 pounds again. It doesn't look like I'm going to have much loss for this month if anything but at least I'm not gaining, right??

Starting Body Water: 37.1%
Last Body Water %: 37.7%
Current Body Water %: 37.8%
Body Water Gained: +0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: +0.7%
still gaining body water. been gaining a lot of body water lately. don't know if my water pills are helping or if I've just been making better food choices lately.

Starting Body Fat: 48.1%
Last Body Fat %: 47.2%
Current Body Fat %: 47%
Body Fat Lost: 0.2%
Total Body Fat Lost: -1.1%
lost some more body fat. surprised me cos I've been drinking a lot of chocolate milk but I'll take it.

Starting Muscle Mass: 142.6
Last Muscle Mass: 135.4
Current Muscle Mass: 135.2
Muscle Mass Gained: -0.2 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -7.4 lbs
lost a little muscle mass but not a lot, so not really concerned about this.

happy with how I'm doing right now. I had felt like I wasn't making progress for a while, but I think I have been making some progress, even if it has been slower than it was before more at a rate of 1 lb per week than 2 lb per week. can still be happy with this. not quite as stressed now that Fritzy's back home so doing well but not losing quite so much. So just going to keep moving forward.
