I've been out for a while; not sure why. My weight is depressing and my eating hasn't changed much. Our season is changing from summer to fall and my old body is letting me know. The aches of old age is not fun!

I have been walking 1-3 times per workday with my co-worker. If the weather is nice, we walk outside, which I love. I have also started using the weight machines in our gym. I know that I'm not getting any younger and really need to work on getting healthy so that I can feel better about myself. It;'s not much but I'm trying to build up to better habits.

Has anyone heard of or tried Noom? I'm interested on your thoughts if you would be so kind as to share them with me.
