I've been doing pretty well with my weight loss lately but tracking has been a bit all over the place. Had a pretty busy week this week and dealt with some bloat but it went back down so hopefully I can trust this loss on the scale.


Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 270
Current Weight: 267.8
Weight Lost This Week: -2.2 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -28.8 lbs
back in the 60s again, which I have been before but kind of bounce in and out of here cos of bloat. Just have to keep moving forward and see how the numbers pan out.

Starting Body Water: 37.1%
Last Body Water %: 37.8%
Current Body Water %: 37.7%
Body Water Gained: -0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: +0.6%
lost a little body water. have had a lot of salt lately and a lot of alcohol so that could be it.

Starting Body Fat: 48.1%
Last Body Fat %: 47%
Current Body Fat %: 47.2%
Body Fat Lost: +0.2%
Total Body Fat Lost: -0.9%
gained some body fat. probably the alcohol.

Starting Muscle Mass: 142.6
Last Muscle Mass: 135.2
Current Muscle Mass: 133.6
Muscle Mass Gained: -1.6 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -9 lbs
lost quite a bit of muscle. oh well, probably to be expected with the weight loss.

still doing ok. weight loss is still happening and very close to 30 pounds now.
