working from home and good eats

Reason #22** that working home is the best. Choosing food based on need and want, not convenience. I've never been that good at prepping (like laying out clothes or putting food together to bring somewhere else). Eating out is expensive, even eating fast food. This clocked in around $5.50 (whole foods salmon with #olivechatt Meyer Lemon EVOO, sweet potato seasoned with garam masala, a bell pepper, and sparkling water).

Also, I have the freedom to make this my break fast. My nutrient timing is off since I should have had the potato with dinner but Thursdays are crunched for me having to trek out of town for the evening (and a day that I do have to prep to take on the go). AND I was really hungry when I broke my fast. Nutrient timing is something I'm working on and struggling with.

Last night was the first time I actually tried a true garam masala spice blend (for tikka masala) instead of "faking" it with spices I had like cumin and cinnamon. The true blend is divine and so much more complex so I roasted sweet potatoes with it. I also need a candle, essential oil, and bubble bath of garam masala. Please.

**I don't really have 22 reasons that I like working at home. I recognize the advantages to working elsewhere too.
