feeling accomplished and wondering

I started reading the 5 Second Rule* last night, no not the rule about picking dropped food up off the floor, and I decided to implement it this morning to get a doggie walk, lower body workout, and showered all before 7 and before taking the kid to school.
Showering before noon felt like the accomplishment. :-)
In other news, I got to wondering...I always blog more frequently when things are well and I'm feeling good about myself. I wonder if it works the other way. As in, when I'm not feeling good about myself, making a blog focusing on what's going right to bring me back up again.
I know, deep thoughts. ;-)
*Checkout The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. Basically if you want to accomplish anything in life, count down from 5 to 1 and just do it. I used it with snooze this morning. As in, not hitting it and just getting up.
