Survival of the off days

I stayed on track these past few days, at least eating wise. The scale has been kind and I've "relost" more of the pounds. I'm not back to my lower weight but at least the numbers are going in the right direction. Now i need to add my walking and weights into my days.

    Great job! I am reloosing pounds too-- I am down then up then down. I weigh in tomorrow and we'll see how I do.
