Week 5 NSVs

Cutting right to the chase:

Got my 30 minutes of fitness daily (or at least on average - there were a few days I was a little short but then I made up for it)

Wrote down every bite in my fitness journal, even when I knew I wouldn't like the result

Logged onto SP daily

Recorded my team totals for each day

Made healthy food choices a lot of the time, even when eating out

Skipped the cookie line at a service

Used smaller plates and bowls

Avoided the donut shop all week

Checked where I was with my daily calorie range before evening snacking

Avoided the tempting cookies in the freezer except when they fit into my plan all but 1-2 times

Felt my jeans getting a little looser

Avoided stress eating during a stressful week (there was one day that I found myself hunting through the kitchen cupboards, but I realized I wasn't hungry and went for a lovely walk instead)
It wasn't a perfect week by any means (when is it?) and some of my less than stellar choices may show up on the scale tomorrow, but overall it was a good week and I have all the NSVs above to prove it!
