BLC 41 Week 10

Well I was told to review and renew my goals I set up for BLC 38 and I am finding I am not doing good as far as the sweets are concerned. I am doing good with cardio and ST and HIIT. I have been drinking my water nearly every day. But I am not always eating good snacks and I am eating sweets outside of my meals.
My plan of attack is that I will not buy any chocolate or candy this week until it is under control again. I have pistachios in the freezer I can eat and I can buy peanuts at Aldis and nibble on fruit or veggies.
I have been reading the Bright Line Eating book and I have come to the decision that it is too rigid for me to follow. No sugar whatsoever; not even maple syrup or agave nectar. And she advises to go from 2 cups of coffee to 1 and then to none. I am sorry I cannot do without my coffee in the morning. I do not think about eating food all the time or drinking coffee all the time. I have all I need here I do not need to log everything in a journal or keep a nightly record of what I do. I have my support here from all of you and that is what matters to me.
I know I can cut down on my snacks too if I log ahead and make sure I take my powder or Imodium, In the plan it said about 3 meals and no snacks and I thought what if I lose food from one of my meals; then what? If my calories get too low then I gain weight. I know what I must do and I know when i fail to lose by eating too much. It is a balancing act with my IBS.
