Reality is sometimes all the kick in the butt that you need

The reality is, I weigh more now than when I was pregnant. This would be fine *if* I was in really great shape and the added weight was muscle. It is not. I do know, however, that I do have a force working against me. It's called perimenopause. I'm not giving up without a fight.
I've scheduled all of my workouts for this week.
With the help of my hubby, I've meal-prepped lunches for the week and I have a plan for snacks.
I have contacted a Registered Dietician and I'll be seeing her in the new year(I just have a few things to pay off first).
I've set up a support network of friends to help keep me accountable.
And I've come back to blogging.
In other words, I have a plan.
