When I worked 2nd shift, I avoided our cafeteria and prepared my lunch and that way I was in control of what I ate. When I took my lunch, I knew exactly what my calories were. I was lucky that the vending machines were across the plant! 96 days ago
Plan your meals in advance and reckon with the calories ahead of time. If you eat something additional to what you've planned, write it down in a notepad and reckon with the calories when you get home and before you go to bed. Tracking will help you be mindful of what and how much you're eating. You can do this!! 96 days ago
