Losing weight

I am tired of trying diet after diet. It’s an yo-yo afftect. I am changing my life style with one new goal everyday today’s goal is drink 64oz of water. I have succeeded today! For that I am happy also I had no sugar or junk food today. I am happy with my 1st day back.
