Easy day

Today has been an easy day to stay on track. Although I’ve been out running errands my mind has not been on food! Hurray for me🎉 my weight is really a mind over matter thing for me. At times my mind is just running crazy on what food I’m going to be eating even when I’m out doing errands, especially when I’m away from home my mind says “hey, you can stop at ?? and get that quick food item”. This happens even when I’m not hungry.. So today my mind is NOT on food which makes me very happy 😃

    I find drinking enough water is key for my weightloss. 1 oz for every 2 lbs of my weight is what was suggested by the nutritionalist. Max of 100 oz. It has worked great.
