Back In the Saddle

So after a few years, I'm back on! I finally recovered from my upsettingly large weight loss from school and am back to my desired weight. Now to just maintain, tone, maybe gain some muscle mass and strength. This week has been good so far in terms of working out, and a friend and I are meal prepping together to have cheap but yummy, filling, and healthy lunches.
I'm also doing a nutrition track to see what I'm lacking in. A womans vitamin to help along, plenty of water. I know for sure I dont get enough protein and vitamins.
Anywho, I feel great and I'm super excited!
