Weight Weight...Don't Tell Me!

I was always used to being relatively thin. Then pregnancy happened. I am now a very happy mama trying to get her body back. I'm currently doing the whole Keto thing. I have seen some weight loss from it and I do enjoy the food. I'm planning on adding healthy carbs back in now that I know that I can be disciplined enough to stick with a diet. My main thing is getting back into exercise though, and actually sticking with a program. So this is the beginning of my fitness journey. I'm starting Body Beast tomorrow and will be taking my first set of photos and measurements. I've never done anything like this before and can't wait to get started!
