Ran my first 5k

In about 6 months, I lost 65 lbs. The first three months I lowered my blood pressure (got off of high blood pressure pills) and lowered my cholesterol. I began to train for the Detroit Turkey Trot. Well, this Thanksgiving, I ran my first 5k in Detroit. I finished in the top 9%, at an avg pace of 8m32s per mile. I feel so happy and healthy.
