Well here’s to new beginnings!! Today is day one to the healthy lifestyle. Starting slowly (healed from a hip injury). Got my workout done this morning. Got my steps in and the day isn’t over yet. I’m also diabetic so I’ve been worried about my sugar levels as they’ve been high. But am working on it. Signed up for a calendar challenge (28 days to smart snacking). Can’t do it alone because I lose motivation quickly, but my sister was awesome and signed up as well.
