Jumping Back on the Wagon!

The stress and temptation of last week sent me on a 4 day binge and left me feeling ashamed and defeated. Thanks to my supportive fiance and own determination I was able to start the week off right. I ate within my calorie goal and took my measurements for the month. I plan to continue to eat more healthfully and, in time, add some movement to my days. I know that exercise will be good for me, but I am so severely obese that my body just can't handle much. The other day my ankles had sharp pains and felt very stressed. I don't want to move my big body too soon and wind up injuring myself. That will just set me back even further! One thing that the nutrition reports have brought to my attention is that I am seriously deficient in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. I want to add these to my diet as soon as possible.

    Good luck on your journey. I have severe knee pain and on days that my knees are killing me I do chair exercise which can be found here on this site. I get a decent workout but give my knees a rest. emoticon
