two little things

Whoa, things got away for a little while. Some good habits dropped and just too busy for my taste. Last night I decided that today I would have 2 simple goals. Eat a low carb breakfast and drink enough water.

Tonight is climbing night for young Westley so I'll be catching up on work at the library. My yoga practice was en fuego in November but my work slacked a bit for it. It always feel like I'm catching up or getting behind depending on the day. So no yoga this evening. I got a good walk with the doggies though so that was a good stress reliever for today.

I also tackled one small 2 minute organizing task...putting away the accumulated CDs from the car.
