How many times am I going to do this?

I did My Fitness Pal 8 years ago. It helped. A lot had happened before that and a lot has happened since. My fatigue and pain have gotten the better of me. Food keeps the pain at bay (sometimes). It gives me quick energy when there's not enough left. I got burnt out. The same excercise spots. The same websites. Counting. Compulsion. Every failure is a lesson. Something changed. I want to be a better me. I want to live longer. I want to enjoy my parents, husband and kids every day. I want to savor it all! I hadn't done my art for 25 years and recently I got it back....the block was gone. Maybe I can be healthy again in my body too or at least manage the pain in a way I can live with. Peace and encouragement to all of you that are climbing the mountain again. Let's never give up! Lets do it for us! ✌

    You are going to do it until you are satisfied. It take many redos for many of us. Myself included. I have been at this since 1997 and I still haven't got to my goal weight. But I keep trying! And that is all you have to do. emoticon

    Good for you to try again. See what works for you.Start small and increase as you can when exercising.For food, think healthy lifestyle not diet. Small steps, cut bad habits one at a time, moderation,one day at a time. You can do it.Don't give up.
