This week has been a lot of pushing and helping each other remember what our goals are for my husband and I. To assist I bought another app for our Firestick that has great workouts, starting at 10 minutes and going up to 60 minutes covering all workout levels. On days I've been swamped I know there is always 10 minutes to stop what I'm doing and get a mini workout in. I've been picking out the workouts for my husband and decided after a few days I could let him go ahead and pick out one on his own. I had already done a long workout during the day and was ready for a nice soak in the tub.

I thought he was ready, I really did.

He wasn't.

I saw him collapsed on the sofa and asked if he was going to do a workout.

"I did."
"Didn't you pick a 10 minute workout?"
"I did."
"You seem a tad tired, what on earth did you pick?"
"Something called full body weight."
"Oh no."
"I thought, it's my body, I walk with this weight all day, how hard can that be."
"Oh no."
"Ya, apparently I did 200 exercises in 10 minutes."
"So something called low impact, beginner didn't seem like a better option?"
"You abandoned me, you left me alone to pick out a workout."
"Could have been worse, there are insanity workouts."

Apparently that didn't make it better.

Both of us were down this week, I expect my husband to recover any day now.
