Winter 5% Challenge

I have joined the Winter 5% Challenge and requested the Starfish team again. There are many great teams. The challenge is to start in January. If you would like to join this challenge here is a link

My exercise plan is set for 45 mins a day cardio, but I do extra cardio to make my step goal of 10,323 daily steps. Cardio is variety of walking, elliptical, Richard Simmons dvds, and spark people videos. My strength training has been sporadic recently so I am also setting a goal of 20 mins 3 X a week and I have a Gold's Gym for that

My healthy eating/nutrition plan is to continue with my low gluten/low starch along with try to drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water. I also try to have double the amount of veg over fruit which I haven't been to successful with recently. Trigger foods are green olives and pretzels so they are never in my apt. Have to add cheese to that list because cheese is the food I grab now when really stressed out over work

    Keeping trigger foods out of the house is a great plan. I have to accommodate my husband also therefore I keep them out of sight. Though I must say this December has not been successful for me on this plan.
