Clearly, the best thing happening for me was a dramatic weight reduction and improved health in 2019. In total, I have lost 52.4, but 40 lbs. of that was after 8/1, when I started intermittent fasting (5/2 schedule). The weight loss is going more slowly now, but I plan on reaching my goal of about another 15 lb. weight loss in 2020. The other key factor for me was Spark. The info and camaraderie has been so important to me. So, thanks fellow Sparkers! First pic is at beginning of the year. Second is in November.
