Chronic Pain and Walking 🚶♀️

For years, I've lived with chronic pain. But walking every day has really helped. When I'm on my daily walks, the pain in my knees, joints and feet nearly disappears altogether.
This motivates me to get up each day and set out for a walk on the wooded trails. It's my happy place. It's the part of my day when I'm free from discomfort and truly enjoy moving.
Hopefully, as the extra bulk drops off of my frame and my muscles and joints become stronger, the pain will subside in my daily life, too.
