SMART GOALS
S-
Commitment to my program.
Program-iTrackBites, Spark Team participation.
M-
I will exercise 20 minutes 5 days a week.
I will drink 64 ounces a water everyday.
A-
I will track food, exercise & water on iTrackBites.
I joined the nutrition and fitness streaks!!
I will weigh in weekly.
R-
NOW is the time to get this extra weight off. I am tired of feeling my belly in my lap. I am tired of not having a lap! My overall health is depending on me NOW.
T-
I joined the Minion Cadet Squad for a 12 week challenge.
At the end of the 12 weeks, I want to weigh less than my start weight and I want to have established an exercise routine five days a week.
