New year New strategy

Eating for happiness! Changing my eating habits to eating well will lead to happiness. I will stay within my calorie range each day.

Moving for joy! I will walk with Leslie one mile each morning, and dance each day after breakfast.

Sleeping for peace! I will follow a regular bedtime routine to cultivate restful regenerative sleep.
