I am a little late in getting on here but still want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and may we all reach our goals in 2020.
My sinus's bothered me all day today so I am not starting the first day to well. I should feel better tomorrow and I can start working on my goals.
I am planning to looking into a strength training class at the club I go to but I need to find out more about it first. Another goal is to be honest about my tracking and I need to start being nicer to myself too.
I am also starting the BLC and the 5% Challenge. Looking forward to getting off to a good start.
I haven't written a blog in a very long time but I am planning to do more of it.
