Tracking my food is the key element for me to be in control. The power it gives me to stay the course is essential to my success. It helps me to be in charge of my life and gives me the the necessary data to inform my best decisions. Yep, I fight it and try to convince myself that I can guess how much I consume but in reality I am just kidding myself.
