I wasn't going to set any goals this year. But after thinking things over, I decided to set a few goals. A lot of people say I want to lose so many pounds this year. I learned that for myself if I don't say how much i usually will lose weight.
So here is my goals:
1. Try to exercise 3 times a week. And increase as time goes by. I plan on doing chair exercises, chair yoga, and resistance bands and light weights.
2. Stop drinking soda and increase water.
3. eat more fruits and vegetables.
4. Decrease my snacking
5. Try organizing my body mind and soul. And while organizing that I am going to organize my home and life.
You might wonder what I mean organize my body, mind and soul. My mind feels like 40 and my body like 100. I need to get everything on even ground.
