Pre day 1 measurement blog.
I’m having Emily do my measurements tomorrow so I have a baseline starting point. My goal is to lose about 1 point per week until I’m down to 175. That used to be a good, manageable weight for me. After my first sparkpeople success, I didn’t really even have to try to stay at 175. Then work stress happened, and Dairy Queen, and life. Here’s to getting a healthier me back.
