Entering 2020 with logical goals

So I know the cliche, "new year new me" and that's not what I wanted for myself this year. I am sticking to pretty much the same goals, except that I am focusing on Half Marathons this year, rather than running 2 back to back Marathons like I did in 2019.
I lost 25lbs in 2019 and am aiming towards another 25 this year, as well as learning how to keep it off.
I am awful about munching at night. Just horrible. I need to stop. So finding how to properly fuel my body during the day so that doesn't happen is imperative.
I am also reading the Bible daily this year, and praying more. I have also been reading up on fasting, but I am not there yet. I need to be all in with that, in my mind and my heart as to why to do it before I just do it. Understanding is key and doing it for the right reasons. I am currently reading the Bible in a year Chronologically with a group of ladies and I am enjoying it alot.
So I did set goals, but mostly my goals are to keep up or improve upon what I was doing already the last year.
