Already behind!

I signed up for Spark on December 31 and joined a 21 day challenge. So far I am behind every day!

Today's challenge is to write a blog entry, so in order to get back on track and keep on track I am going to write a blog post every day. Now I am back on track for the 21 day challenge and completing day six.

Spark says that I can reach my goal weight by the beginning of May but so far I haven't lost the two pounds that I need to lose every week to get there.

I am trying to figure out Spark but in doing so I find I am spending too much time on here and less time doing things that will be conducive to weight loss. I guess the purpose of the 21 day challenge is to spend 21 days getting it together?

    Don't worry for a minute about being behind. You are not at all. Start where you are and progress comfortably. There is no rush, and it takes a bit of patience and a little time but before you know it, you will be buzzing along! It is easy to spend too much time on the internet, so please do what is right for you and just enjoy sparks. No one will be breathing down your shoulder. Hang in there---It will get easier!

    Everytime I get on sp I find something new. I worry if I don't look at it then and there I won't find it again. I've solved that. I see something in an article I use the "share feature" and send it to " me" on my contact list. That way I always have it stacked to read up on later. Then move on.
