I signed up for Spark on December 31 and joined a 21 day challenge. So far I am behind every day!
Today's challenge is to write a blog entry, so in order to get back on track and keep on track I am going to write a blog post every day. Now I am back on track for the 21 day challenge and completing day six.
Spark says that I can reach my goal weight by the beginning of May but so far I haven't lost the two pounds that I need to lose every week to get there.
I am trying to figure out Spark but in doing so I find I am spending too much time on here and less time doing things that will be conducive to weight loss. I guess the purpose of the 21 day challenge is to spend 21 days getting it together?
