So Far, So Good

I have been doing really good since I started my diet on Jan. 1st. I have stayed within my caloric range on all of the days and have even started to incorporate some exercise into my weekly daily routine as well. My wife has also been dieting and has been cutting carbs. She has been fixing some really tasty low-carb recipes, however, low-carb usually translates into higher fat and more calories so I have to be really careful about my portion sizes. I am determined that I will finally get this weight off of me and will do what I need to do to get healthy.
