A pretty successful day with breakfast and lunch. However, I’m also tracking with WW and blowing through my points (Pepsi=10 points). So although I’m under calories in this app, I’m over my points on WW.
I’ll just keep tracking both for now and see where I am next Tuesday at the WW meeting.
I don’t love their points system, but I do like the in person meeting. I also got a free cookbook with some good looking recipes.
Overall, I do feel good about my progress. I don’t feel deprived but this Pepsi addiction is a real ruiner. I guess I’m drinking less than I normally would.
