I’m still tracking with WW and this app. It’s so weird bc I blow my budget with WW points yet I am under my calorie goal here. I’m usually never under my calorie goal on this app.
I don’t feel too bad about now hitting the WW points bc I’m still trying to learn. I know that Pepsi is my biggest downfall. But I need to slowly stop drinking it. I’ve tried stopping cold turkey but that never works.
Small steps in the right direction include the soup at chick fil a (I’ve always liked it but usually opt for the sandwich). I did get a coke, but I got a small size instead of the larger one I normally would.
35 min walk at gym—so I’ve made it twice this week.
