Starting out on a new journey

I really need to start eatting better for my blood pressure and to feel better. I hurt one place or another everyday and I am taking 5 medications daily for various reasons. I am going slowly but I know I can do it if I put my mind to it.

    Welcome! Going slowly is definitely the best approach. There is a ton of information and help here, but it can be overwhelming for those who try to take it all in at once. Sure sounds like you're on the right track and I wish you every success!

    I need to eat better and lose weight for my blood pressure too... we can do it... babysteps still are Progress. Look at the things you did right instead of looking where you did not measure up. ..we can do it every day a little more.
