Doing It For The Right Reasons This Time

Ok, first blog entry. I've started and restarted dieting and exercising so many times in the past. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. Before, I was doing it for the wrong reasons. I was trying to lose weight to look good for society so I could say that I belong and I'm pretty enough and thin enough to be part of everything. I know now that's why I failed. This time, I'm doing it for ME. So I can get healthier and feel better about myself for me, not anyone else. So here's to the start of fixing me. I gotta start somewhere right?
