Goodmorning, and happy Friday! Well, on my first day, I did manage to track my food and stay within my limits, but when I saw I still had calories to spare, I reached for the chocolate!!
The obstacle for me personally is that I get headaches if I don't eat, and headaches if I eat the wrong thing. I think I'll buy a book on food prep. I'm sure alot of you do that. Does anyone have any good tips for us all? I know to some of us, the weekends ate like every other day in the life of eating well and tracking, but then there are those of us that are new to our challenges, and we all need encouragement to stay on track. We're all human, and do experience fall backs soon in the program. So, .y wish for everyone today, is to stay focused. Plan ahead. Drink your water, and pray for strength!! I can't wait to hear your stories, I know they're all filled with great advise and motivation. Thank you for your support. We do so much better when we're building each other up and encouraging each other.
