Sugar withdrawals

Friday, January 10, 2020

Well, I think this is day 3. I still had to have my chocolate tonight, but stayed within my range. The boys I nanny for were full of piss and vinegar today. Meltdowns over the simplist things. I think my patience was wearing then when they decided they wanted to start science project 10 minutes before I had to leave. Didn't happen. At least not with me. Mim tends to cater to their needs and caddle them much more than I do. If they treated me like they do their parents...I would have been gone a long time ago. I skipped lunch, I know, not the wisest thing to do, but got into an argument with my 34 year old, which left me pretty stressed out most if the afternoon. I made up for it though with pizza for dinner!! I'm really hoping that this is going to get easier as the days go on. I was looking forward to dining out this weekend, but now all I can think of are how many calories I'll be consuming. I know that we have to give ourselves a break, but it's just really soon into all of this, and i was hoping for a little more willpower! I hope all if you have a great, relaxing, fin weekend! Good luck to those of us who seem to have a tougher time in the weekends! Take careā¤

I love going out to eat!!! I have started to check nutrition pages before I go... and plan a meal that would make me happy! I have cut back on my eating out though, because it is crazy how much calories go into restaurant food. I have also been awed by the amount of sodium in everything that isn't made absolutely fresh from scratch...
